Throughout human existence the core of mental wellbeing has embodied the struggles and emotions faced in times of uncertainty and hardship. By diving within ones-self we are all confronted with a need for self perseverance and survival, but what eventuates when the challenge is too great? Our individuality and psyche comes to the forefront in a natural reaction to Sink Or Swim.
